Our policy is simple: To make your online shopping experience the best it can be. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible for us to keep stock of all sizes and styles at our location, therefore your order may be shipped from the vendor's warehouse straight to your door. The website does not track inventory in real-time, therefore all colors and sizes are listed for sale online. If the item you've ordered is out of stock you will receive an email stating so, and we may offer some suggestions for a substitute.

Some of the more popular styles may sell out and result in a backorder situation. In which case we will inform you right away and offer the option to wait for the order to be filled, or issue a full refund. 

Your credit card is not charged until your items are shipped, or when a backorder is approved and placed.

All packaging is discreet and non-descript! So don't worry.

*** Return Policy ***

* All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may opt for a store credit, in which case the 15% fee is waived.
* You must notify us by email within 7 days of delivery for a return approval, and be received by us within 14 days.
* Items returned must show NO signs of wear, and include all original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the items.
* Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. In which case, an exchange may be made at no cost to you.
* All sizes are USA Womens. Please know you size before ordering, consult the size chart to your left, and feel free to email if you need assistance.
