Q: My shoes don't fit; can I return or exchange them?
A: Please know your size before placing an order. Refer to the sizing chart to your left, and if you're still unsure...email us! We may be able to offer some sizing suggestions. Typically our brands of high heels run about 1 size small. Ballet shoes and boots run 1 size LARGE. Please view the Policies page for returns information.

Q: My new shoes have a defect; can I return or exchange them?
A: If a true manufacturer defect is found, we will need to issue an RA # before accepting the return or approving an exchange. All returns must be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued. The product must be returned in the original box, and show NO signs of wear. Please view the Policies page for returns information.
