Customer ServicePlease refer to your order confirmation email for your confirmation number or Invoice number. You can use this number to check the basic status of your order and get a tracking # for your shipment. We will also email this information directly to you. (Please check your "Trash" folder so you don't miss important emails. Due to the automated shipping process the tracking info may not be available until 24-48 hrs after the shipment has left the warehouse. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We are very easy to work with and try to be as fair as possible, so if you should encounter any issues at all, please don't hesitate to email us or contact by phone at (888) 700-4922, please leave a message if we are not available. Please note: email is always the fastest and best way to get in touch any time of the day, any day of the week and this will also alllow you and us to maintain a hard copy of any correspondance. IMPORTANT! UPS will not deliver to a USPS PO Box, you must provide a physical address for shipping unless prior arrangements have been made. Note: Please be sure to check you Spam/Bulk mail folder! We have found that some of our emails are filtered to the spam folder by certain email providers. They just don't know any better. To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and click Go!. |
